The project started as a simple landing page with a list of undefined feature requests. The goal was to build a platform supporting short-term rentals, long-term leasing, and property sales.

After the audit we had a feature wishlist with no real technical scope or structural plan.

SOLUTION

Together with developers, product manager and communication specialists we began with a feasibility audit.

We filtered requirements to define a realistic technical scope, eliminating unnecessary features before UX architectural structure development began.

As the project was in its' early days I designed an immediate upgrade to the landing page. This allowed traffic acquisition to continue while the core platform was built.
